In this free webinar, Dr. Janina Fisher will discuss:
  • Shame and self-loathing as symptoms of trauma, not just low self-esteem

  • The neurobiological effects of shame so you can see how it works in the brain

  • How to differentiate the physiological and cognitive contributors to shame so you can begin to unravel its impact

Shame is toxic to victims of trauma. This workshop will introduce participants to understanding shame from a trauma perspective — as a survival strategy rather than a response to degradation. Janina will show you how to help clients relate to their symptoms with curiosity and interest rather than with automatic acceptance.

Janina will share her vast experience working with shame and trauma. And there will be ample time for Q&A!

Help your clients challenge their belief that they are forever damaged and help them achieve relief and peace of mind.
