We will explore:
  • How trauma results in self-alienation and fragmentation
  • Self-alienation as a helpful, adaptive response
  • Shame and self-judgment as communications from fragmented parts of the personality
  • Using mindfulness-based interventions to facilitate a felt emotional connection to younger parts of self
  • The cost of rejecting one's wounded selves - those that carry the legacy of shame
In this free, one-hour webinar, you will learn Janina’s approach to bringing together all the parts within a traumatized individual and healing the parts that are wounded and struggling, so you can support clients in the most gentle way possible.
