The automatic reactions we take on to take care of safety, belonging and dignity, and how they become embodied
A holistic framework for embodied trauma healing that integrates an understanding of how we are shaped by our social conditions
How to access our longings and what we care most about...and how to center these in healing
Why somatic awareness, somatic opening and somatic practices are all core to healing individual and collective traumas
The connection between personal and social transformation...and how each can serve the other
